Anger is such an emotion that it can cause tremendous destruction and most importantly - to you, the one being angry.
No matter how justified your anger, unless you maintain your mindfulness, you will turn nasty and vicious and all good that you could have seen, used to see, have seen before - would have disappeared; often hurting the other, in ways you will never be able to recognize.
And it gets worse. Even after your episodic anger has subsided, it maintains its grasp on you and prevents you from seeing who you had become, what you had said, what you had done in the burst of anger.
Mind your anger else your anger will mind you.
